Sea Trout leaders come in a 2 pack, the bag is UV-proof and has a zip so you can store the leaders safe in your vest. These leaders are pre-looped for convenience and have a nice and discrete smoke grey color. These leaders design is a result of years of experience on the water and fine-tuned for coastal fishing. The butt section and powerful taper design easily transfers energy all the way to your fly and the tip section of these leaders is long enough to tie a fly straight on without adding tippet. However, the overall taper will easily handle an added tippet for those flat and calm days when you need to be a bit extra stealthy.

The taper is divided by Butt: 40%(145cm) Taper: 25%(90cm) Tip:35%(130cm). Butt sections on these leaders are 0,57mm that we regard as ideal to match the typical #6-8 lines that are frequently used in coastal and tropical fishing. The butt section is followed by a shorter and more aggressive taper down to what we believe is a perfect tippet length for this type of leader.
